Numbers from the 2,112 cards of TCG Rift, up to date with the latest League of Legends patch.
In League of Legends, every skin belongs to a tier, which sets its price, what it changes in game and how you get it. In TCG Rift, every skin becomes a card, and the card's rarity follows the skin's tier. Here is every tier, from base skins to Transcendent skins, how many skins each one has, and the card rarity it gives.

Mythic and Prestige skins
The 154 Mythic cards come from the skins League of Legends offers for Mythic Essence: Prestige editions, Hextech skins and the Mythic variants of events. See every Mythic card.
Legacy skins
A Legacy skin is no longer permanently for sale: Riot brings it back to the store from time to time, or never again. TCG Rift has 406 of them across all rarities, with a "Legacy" tag on their card page. See every Legacy skin.
Why follow LoL's tiers?
Because a League of Legends player already knows what a skin is worth. Pulling an Ultimate means pulling one of the most polished skins in the game; a Common is the base skin of your favourite champion. The odds of each rarity are in Pack odds and drop rates, and every card is in the catalogue.
